During summer 2025, the diligent BFS operations team has been hard at work as we continued to implement our strategic goal of improving our campus facilities. Across the school, a variety of areas have been updated including:

• Cafeteria: Our dining space has undergone a major transformation! We’ve installed state-of-the-art kitchen equipment to ensure that our meals are prepared efficiently. The space now features modern interior finishes, sleek new serving counters, and an inviting, contemporary design that makes lunch a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Athletic Field: We’ve laid down high-quality, durable turf designed to improve both safety and performance. This new field enhances physical education classes, Elementary and Middle School futsal practices, and recess fun, creating a space where students of all ages can play and thrive. 
• Early Childhood Classrooms: Our youngest Sharks now have an even more nurturing and engaging environment with brand-new flooring, fresh paint in calming colors, and enhanced storage solutions. These upgrades support both safety and creativity in our early learning spaces.

• Alumni Spotlight: We’re proud to introduce a new area dedicated to highlighting our remarkable alumni. This space tells the stories of former students who have gone on to make a difference in their communities and careers, reminding current students of the many possibilities ahead.
  
• Wall of Excellence: Our new Wall of Excellence offers a vibrant display honoring students recognized by our Chairman for outstanding achievements in academics, leadership, service, and more. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate our students’ dedication and success.

• History Wall: A striking new centerpiece now graces our atrium—our History Wall! It celebrates the journey of our school, honoring the milestones, growth, and achievements that have shaped who we are today. It serves as a daily inspiration for students, families, and staff alike.

• Media Studio: Creativity has a new home in our state-of-the-art Media Studio! This dynamic space empowers students to explore photography, filmmaking, podcasting, and other digital media productions, fostering innovation, collaboration, and storytelling.

We’re thrilled about these upgrades and can’t wait for our students and families to experience the improvements firsthand. Here’s to an incredible year ahead, full of learning, creativity, and community spirit!
