The school cafeteria and lunch program are led by Main Chef Jongin Kim. A graduate of Culinary Arts, Chef Kim brings a diverse background in food styling and professional culinary experience, including his time at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Seoul, operating his own Thai restaurant, and catering to VIP clients for Daehan Shipbuilding.

Ms. Hyemin Park, a nutritionist with nine years of experience, including roles at Lotte Department Store (Main Branch) and Ourhome, oversees the nutritional planning of all meals, ensuring they are both balanced and wholesome.

Supporting the team is Sous Chef Taehoon Ann, who brings a dynamic range of experience, including owning the Korean fine dining restaurant “Ansik” and “Cafe Murphy,” as well as working at Albero Restaurant and Hotel Nongshim. Together, the team is dedicated to providing high-quality, delicious meals for our students each day.

BFS is excited to welcome this talented culinary team for the 2025–26 school year, and we look forward to the nutritious and enjoyable dining experience ahead.
