Why AP Matters

The AP program, established by the College Board, offers high school students an opportunity to challenge themselves with college-level coursework across a wide range of subjects. From math and science to history and languages, these rigorous classes develop critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills essential for college success. Students who excel in AP exams may also earn college credit, giving them a head start in their higher education journey and providing potential savings on tuition. See BFS AP offerings here.
