Congratulations (축하합니다) to our 2024 graduates! We couldn’t be prouder of all their hard work and perseverance through this school year. BFS’s extensive college prep and support paired with all their hard work has made this senior class uphold the proud tradition of excellence at BFS with outstanding AP test scores, securing acceptances to prestigious universities worldwide, earning substantial merit-based scholarships, and becoming well-rounded global citizens.
Collectively, the Class of 2024 amassed over $2 million in scholarship awards along with acceptances from some well-known universities. Here are some highlights of their successes:

As this class rides the Busan wave of high school graduation and dives into the vast ocean of life, we wish they all have an amazing adventure in this next chapter of their lives. Some will go on to be scientists, educators, pianists, and leaders in various fields. Wherever their path leads, we are confident they will continue to make us proud and inspire those around them.
A Message from College Counselor, Mr. Glenn Saunders:
“Despite being a small class of only 11 students, they are a powerhouse of talent, both academically and beyond. Here are some of the standout achievements of this remarkable group:
- A classically trained pianist headed to the prestigious Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins.
- The 7th-ranked short-track speed skater in the nation, who will be attending Columbia University.
Remarkably, 6 out of the 11 students scored over 1500 on the SAT. This extraordinary class earned four acceptances to Ivy League schools, including Brown, Columbia, and Cornell (2). Our graduates are aspiring to be scientists, doctors, dentists, and we even have a student who will proudly serve his country.
I couldn’t be prouder of this incredible class. I have no doubt they will leave a lasting, positive impact on the world, no matter which path they choose.
