The school cafeteria and lunch menu are managed by Chef Jongin Kim. Chef Kim, a graduate of Culinary Arts, has experience in food styling, has worked at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Seoul, operated a Thai restaurant, and catered to VIP clients for Daehan Shipbuilding.  Nutritionist, Ms. Hyemin Park has joined the team. She brings nine years of experience to ensure nutritious and healthy meals.

BFS is excited to welcome the culinary team for the 2025-26 school year, and we all look forward to the nutritious and delicious meals ahead of us!
