Admissions Process
1. Contact Us
Contact us through the inquiry form to get started!
2. Apply
Submit the application through our application portal.
3. Submit Documents
Submit all required documents as guided by the portal intructions.
4. Interview
Complete an interview with a member of our Admissions Team (in-person or virtual)!
5. Testing
Undergo level and standardized testing if necessary (level testing and/or English language ability).
6. Decision
Our Admissions Committee will review the application and all documents; you will receive a decision within 2-3 weeks.
Application Documents
Document requirements vary based on the eligibility category:
- Completed Student Application form
- Copy of parent’s and student’s passport and Korean Alien Registration Cards (if issued)
- Last two-year Academic records from the last attended school (or currently attending school)
- Student’s Birth Certificate or Family Relation Certificate.
- Standardized exam results (State/Province exams, PSAT, SAT, ACT, MAP, IOWA, ACER, ITBS, Standard Achievement Test, TOEFL, etc, upon request)
- One letter of recommendation from last attended school (upon request)
- A letter of attendance and good standing from the last attended school (upon request)
- Completed Student Application form.

- Grades 2 and above: Last two-year Academic records from the last attended school (or currently attending school)
- Family Relation Certificate.
- Student’s Entry & Exit Certificate (출입국사실증명원).
- Standardized exam results (State/Province exams, PSAT, SAT, ACT, MAP, IOWA, ACER, ITBS, Standard Achievement Test, TOEFL, etc, upon request).
- One letter of recommendation from last attended school (upon request).
- A letter of attendance and good standing from the last attended school (upon request)
If admitted, the BFS Admissions Office will communicate directly with the family for additional enrollment documents and requirements.
