🎓 On June 6th, 2025, we celebrated the incredible BFS Class of 2025! With parents, teachers, and members of the community all gathered together, we honored our outstanding—small but mighty—graduates.
Some seniors had been with us since they were itty-bitty, while others joined just a few years ago. No matter when they arrived, we were honored to witness their growth and be a part of their journey.
The evening was heartfelt and inspiring, featuring wise words from our keynote speaker, Ms. Eun-Ha Park, former South Korean diplomat, as well as speeches from Salutatorian Miru E. and Valedictorian Lauren L. They spoke of diversity, female empowerment, cherished memories, and the importance of staying connected.
We were proud to cheer them on as they prepared to take on their next adventures. We have no doubt they’ll each make their mark on the world. Just remember—once a SHARK, always a SHARK! 💙🦈

💙 Look who stopped by BFS for a visit—Class of 2011 alum KJ Moon! After graduating from BFS, KJ went on to attend UNC Chapel Hill, then made his way out west to Seattle. There, he built a dynamic career that included roles in fintech, community organizing, the non-profit sector, and even education. Now, he’s preparing for his next big chapter: medical school at the University of Washington this fall. Way to go, KJ—we’re so proud of you, and it was wonderful to see you back on campus! #BFSalumni #Classof2011 🦈
