Our BFS Environmental Science is currently learning about climate change and natural cycles in the environment.
Mr. Mijares led a recent field trip to Dalmaji for the students to observe the seasonal bloom of the cherry blossom trees. Our environmental scientists are collecting historical data to determine if there is a positive correlation between the time of year that blooms have occurred and the increase of global average temperature. It’s a practical application of science in our own backyard!
