Track 1. Scientific Method

This track offers a fun and engaging opportunity to experience how scientists acquire new knowledge about the world around us. Throughout the week, participants will follow the key steps of scientific inquiry such as; building a hypothesis; testing it with experiments and observations; collecting and analyzing data; and deriving a meaningful conclusion. Our goal is to help participants discover the sheer joy of the scientific journey itself.

Track 2. Problem Solving

Whether it’s the latest in AI, cutting-edge engineering or innovations in medical sciences, technology gets its value when it aids our efforts to solve a myriad of problems that we face. That’s why we’re offering this week-long exercise in problem solving, from accurately identifying the problem and its causes to finding innovative solutions that will push participants to think outside the box.

Track 3. Critical Thinking

I think, therefore I am – The ability to reason and to express complex ideas with clarity is very much the foundation of all intellectual pursuits. This track presents an exciting opportunity for participants to go beyond the usual classroom practice of memorizing and regurgitating facts to engage in conscious and independent thinking. With carefully designed prompts and activities, we’ll build arguments, debate, and evaluate our own reasoning.

트랙1. Scientific Method (과학적 탐구)

과학자들이 자연의 원리를 발견하고 새로운 지식을 쌓아 나가는 탐구의 방식을 경험해보는 프로그램입니다. 적합한 가설을 세우고, 실험과 관찰로 가설을 검증하며, 데이터를 수집 및 분석함으로써 의미있는 결론에 도달하며, 단순히 과학 지식을 암기하는 것을 넘어 탐구 과정 자체의 즐거움을 깨닫도록 합니다.

트랙2. Problem Solving (문제 해결)

최신 AI 와  첨단 공학, 의학의 혁신에 이르기까지, 기술은 우리가 다양한 문제를 해결하는 과정에 적절히 활용될 때 비로소 그 가치를 인정 받을 수 있습니다. 이 프로그램은 문제의 원인을 정확히 진단하는 것부터 시작해 효율적이고 창의적인 해결책을 찾는 과정을 경험하며 틀을 깨는 혁신의 즐거움을 선사합니다.

트랙3. Critical Thinking (비판적 사고)

나는 생각한다, 고로 존재한다 – 스스로 생각하고 그 생각을 명쾌히 표현할 수 있는 능력은 모든 지적 활동의 기본이 됩니다. 이 프로그램은 단순히 지식을 외우고 반복하는 것이 아닌, 의식적이고 독립적인 사고력을 키울 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 다양한 주제와 활동을 바탕으로 분석하고, 토론하며 생각의 힘을 키우는 시간이 될 것입니다.

STEP2.

• Confirmation and payment

– A text message will be sent within 3 days of applying for Google Form.

(If you haven’t received a text message within 3 days of application, please contact us.)

– Receipt will be confirmed after the participation fee is deposited, and if it is not deposited within the fixed deadline indicated by text message. It will be automatically canceled.

-접수는 참가비 입금 후 확정되며, 문자로 안내 되는 정한 기한에 입금되지 않을 시 자동 취소 됩니다.

STEP3.

• Registration Confirmation

– A confirmed text message will be sent the day after the registration fee is deposited..

– Detailed information and documents on the program will be mailed in early July..

(If necessary, additional pre-interviews can be confirmed.)

• 등록확정 안내

– 참가비 입금 다음 날 확정 문자가 발송됩니다.

– 프로그램에 대한 자세한 안내사항 및 서류 등은 7월 초 우편으로 일괄 발송됩니다.

(필요시 추가로 사전 인터뷰 진행을 통해 확정안내 될 수 있음.)

– If you cancel after confirming your registration, please call us(031-556-7090) and we will inform you of the relevant documents.

– If you cancel until 6 weeks before the program: Refund in full

– If you cancel until 4 weeks before the program: Refund after deduction of registration fee (10% of tuition fee)

– Cancel before the program starts: Refund after deducting 30% of tuition fee

– After starting the program: Non-refundable

(*In the case of exceptions: In the case of inevitable cancellations due to COVID-19 and infectious diseases after the start of the program, only the number of attendance days will be calculated daily and the difference will be refunded.)

– 프로그램 시작 후: 환불 불가

(*예외의 경우: 프로그램 시작 후 코로나 및 전염성 있는 질병 등으로 인해 불가피한 취소의 경우 출석일수만 일할 계산되어 차액 환불됩니다)
