On May 3rd, the elementary girls basketball team competed in their final tournament of the season, hosted here at Busan Foreign School. Although the girls tired in the 2nd game, the first and third games saw ferocious defense, and unbridled enthusiasm. In addition to solid play from the fourth grade students, the entire third grade unit, consisting of Claire Jung, Elizabeth Kim, and Lauren Lee showed great promise with their quick passing and dedication to their teammates.
As these girls, and others, join the squad next year, things are looking up for girls basketball at BFS.
